Recycling reduces the amount of generated waste and ultimately the cost of waste disposal for residents.

The Adams Waste and Recycling Center (AWAR) is a transfer station where residents can drop off garbage and tires for a nominal fee.   AWAR is also a buy-back recycling center and accepts non-ferrous metals and some auto parts.  AWAR is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.  Call (937) 544-2650 for more information.  Click here for a map of AWAR.  Or click here for more information on AWAR.
